Your Account

Who Owns What

Our stuff:The eLLMo AI platform, including our design, code, and features, belongs to us. You can't copy it or use it to build a competing service.

Algorithms and models: All algorithms, machine learning models, optimizations, and model improvements are our intellectual property.

Your stuff: Any content, data, or information you upload to our platform stays yours. By using our service, you give us permission to use your content to provide and improve the service.

AI-generated content: Content created by AI through our platform can be used for your business purposes, but remember to review it first.

Payments

Definitions

• Credits — prepaid, non-refundable, non-redeemable units included with your subscription plan or purchased separately.
• Platform Subscription — your paid plan that includes platform access, features, and a monthly credit allowance, billed in advance on a recurring basis.
• Included Credits — the monthly credit allowance that comes with your Platform Subscription. Included credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over.
• Additional Credits — credits purchased separately beyond your included monthly allowance.

Platform Subscriptions

Paid plans include:

• Platform access and features based on your selected tier
• A monthly credit allowance for usage-based actions
• Unlimited users sharing the same credit pool (no per-seat fees)
• Automatic renewal unless you cancel before the renewal date

Except where required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable.

Credits and Usage

Credits cover AI-powered actions and compute-intensive operations. Your Platform Subscription includes a monthly credit allowance that resets at the beginning of each billing cycle. Unused credits do not roll over.

No Refunds

Credits are prepaid, non-refundable, and non-redeemable for cash or any other value. When your account is terminated, any unused credits are forfeited.

Price Changes

We may change our prices from time to time with advance notice. Price changes take effect at your next billing cycle.

Your Privacy

We care about your privacy. Please read our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Our Responsibilities

The service is provided "as is" — we don't guarantee it will be error-free or always available. To the extent allowed by law, we're not liable for indirect damages or losses. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the past 12 months, or $100, whichever is greater.

Ending Your Account

You can cancel your account anytime through your account settings. When your account ends:

• You'll lose access to the service immediately
• Any unused credits will be forfeited and cannot be refunded or transferred
• We may delete your data after a reasonable period
• You remain responsible for all fees incurred up to the date of termination

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Disputes will be handled through binding arbitration unless your local laws say otherwise.
